Emenint ("Emenint", "we", "us") is a growth operations agency working with ecommerce and CPG retail brands. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question, contact hello@emenint.com.

• Information you give us. Name, work email, company, and anything else you include when you submit the contact form, book a strategy call, or email us.
• Client engagement data. Where you engage us for services, we may process commercial data you share with us, such as sales reports, marketplace account data, and retail performance data.
• Technical and usage data. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Cookies and similar technologies. See the Cookies section below.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and this site is not directed at anyone under 16.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period, and client engagement data for the duration of the engagement plus any period required for legal, tax or audit purposes. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also opt out of marketing at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@emenint.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including access controls and encrypted transport. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
